Garments and towels can be returned for refund or exchange providing -
- the return is mailed back within 14 days of receiving it
- the product has not been laundered
- the product is returned in the same new condition in which it was received with no stains, powder or cream marks, fabric pulls, tears, or odor (including perfume). .
- all tags must be intact and still attached to the product.
