Return Policy
Please try on your dress for fit as soon as possible after receiving it.
Exchanges must be received within 7 days of delivery date. Items can be returned for exchange or store credit only. No items will be accepted without a return authorization number (RA#). To obtain an RA# you can email us or call 1-866-998-2229. All clearance items are non-refundable. The RA# must be written on the outside of the return package and on the return form included with your invoice. If this number is not on the return packaging the package will be refused and sent back. If you would like to exchange an item please write on the Exchange Form the item you are returning and the item you would like to receive in return.
